Assistant manager to join already strong team.You will be required to assist, support and deputise for the manager in the running of the overall business.

Key Responsibilties :-

Promote friendly, efficient and effective relationships with all customers and team memebers.
Monitor staff performance by superviing, motivating and training the team to ensure duties are performed efficiently with customer service and satisfaction being the key focus.
Ensure correct operating procedures are followed and company standards are met.
Carry out regular till and stock checks.
