The Manager will be responsible for the recruitment and management for a team of remote operators who fulfill adult chat (Phone, SMS and Messenger).

Remote worker experience is preferable, particularly in the adult industry.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills, be fully computer literate and outgoing.

The role is office based, near Cambridge.
