I own a 2 bed apartment in Cambridge (near the science park) and am looking to rent out my spare room short term. The room is large, with a single bed, basic furniture and a tv can be provided. There is also a garden and parking is available. Easy access to city centre.

I am not looking for a permanent house mate as i enjoy living on my own but i am looking to rent out the room short term, although i dont have a particular timescale in mind. All suggestions are welcome but i wont be looking for anyone to live here over the Christmas and New Year period. I have friends and family over fairly regularly but i dont have loads of partys. The house is sociable but chilled so anyone looking to study (for either work or college) would be welcome). I also stay at my boyfriends quite a bit. Im ideally looking for someone that has there own life and isnt relying on me to be at home all the time. Im asking for £100 per week for everything.
