Our client is a prestigious Building Society based in Saffron Walden, Essex. We are now looking to recruit, on their behalf, an experienced Call Centre Advisor for their small but busy contact centre.
Duties will include taking calls and contacting customers of the Building Society with regards to a variety of company products such as mortgages etc.
The successful applicant must have call centre experience, ideally within financial services although this is by no means essential for the right person.
Good IT skills are necessary as is a professional and polite telephone manner.
The role requires a 35 hour working week plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis. Salary range is £14000 - £15000 per annum.
The successful applicant will be put through the desired CEmap qualification upon starting the role.
A two stage interview will follow the shortlisting process by Crem Recruitment.
