- Handling all incoming calls to the office
- Carrying out the administrative function for the Managing Director
- Sales order processing
- Arranging meetings
- Ensuring refreshments are available for meetings
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Dealing with enquiries from new and existing customers

- Previous administrative experience
