We have a single room in a very nice house close to the railway station. It has a decent sized living room and a decent kitchen. £400 is inclussive of everything including broadband, phone, electricity and gas. You will be living with two other couples in their late 20's. Two PhD students and two workers. There is also a spare communal bedroom for guests, reading, studying etc. We are prefferably looking for longer term lets.

We are all clean easy going people and require likeminded people between 25-33 years old. We will be taking viewings this weekend. Please write and tell us a little about yourself so we can get an idea what you would be like to live with.
