Field Sales Account Manager
Our Hertfordshire based client, who are an administrative and business service company providing a full range of invoicing and business services to sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, are looking for a Field Sales Account Manager to predominantly work from home to acquire new business.
Salary: Basic £25 - £30K + £5K Car allowance OTE £42 - £47K +
The successful candidate will be based from home, but will be expected to come into the Hertfordshire office approximately once a week, and will be responsible for acquiring new business from both existing, but predominantly new accounts. It is envisaged that this will be a National Role.
Job overview;
* To represent our clients portfolio of products within their chosen markets to the highest standards
* To establish and maintain a professional business relationship with both new and existing Agency clients
* To actively communicate our clients propositions face-to-face to their business sector
* To provide comprehensive reports of all appointments and communications
* To understand customers diverse, specific business needs and apply thorough, detailed product knowledge to present solutions to those needs
* Continually review progress, identify opportunities for further sales and new areas for development
* To help grow the business by knowing and understanding the business drivers of Agencies by advising on the best payroll structures to suit the needs of their operatives
Experience required;
* Fluent written and spoken English, and good working knowledge of Maths is essential
* Previous B2B sales experience, including experience of working from a home office base
* Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills
* Proficient using MS Office and Mail
Ideally candidates will have knowledge of P.A.Y.E and NIC, along with an understanding of the outsourced payroll sector. Previous umbrella payroll experience would be advantageous.
