With my partner, we are looking for a flat or house containing either one big or 2, alternatively even 3 bedrooms. The property should be located within the Cambridge city, the area does not matter that much. The price range is between £800 and £1000.
We are quite flexible in terms of moving in, but it should ideally not be later than the beginning of Dec.

We are very tidy, organised and nice people; with no pets, no kids. Taking great care of the property as we regard it as our home. We are post-doc and PhD student and hence exempt from council tax.
