We are developing new Rural Care centres based on the therapeutic effects of horticulture, agriculture, the arts and related activities, working, training and being in a rural environment .

We have a new venture just south of Cambridge and want to recruit knowledgeable and qualified individual(s) to help us start and develop the new business.

Teaching experience and qualifications would be an advantage, experience in mental health care in some category is essential.

We have considerable support from an umbrella group who have already established a successful venture in Hertfordshire.

Salary and profit share will be possible as the business grows but flexibility will be required to start.

We may be able to take on part time/daily input to start and from those with complementary skills.
