A Norfolk-based Local Authority are looking to recruit a Chartered Valuations Surveyor for their Commercial Property Department. The contract will be a full-time temporary contract lasting an initial period of 3 months and then ongoing.

The key purpose of the role is to provide a commercial valuation service on the existing commercial property portfolio and other properties in the surrounding area.

The successful candidate will need to possess previous experience of valuing commercial property and have a strong understanding of General Practice Surveying specifically within the commercial market. MRICS status is also essential as the role will demand the ability to make independent decisions and sign off work without assistance.
