This role is based in Cambridge, working within a Local Government Team, providing PA support to a Senior Director.
For this role we are seeking applications from candidates with experience of working within large, multi functional organisations. This role involves an understanding of detailed regulations and legislative procedures, therefore a previous working knowledge of local government processes would be desirable .
You must be an effective communicator, with good organisational skills. You must also be highly numerate and literate with great attention to detail. As well as excellent minute taking and word processing skills, you must also have confidence and experience using key MS Office applications.
You must have a positive and proactive approach to work and you must be able to work as part of a team.
* Please note that on occasion some travel between office locations may be necessary.
The role is full time, Monday to Friday, covering 37 hours per week.
