i have 2 really nice double rooms available in a family home on searle street, 3mins walk to jesus green and 10 mins to market square.
1st room: double bed, storage space, desk etc
2nd room: very large, light, double bed and wardrobe.
We have wireless internet, dishwasher, washing machine etc which you are free to use, also the kitchen of course (and garden). The permanent residents of the rooms are away for the summer, but i will be around most of the time.
couples or individuals i dont mind, but this is my home so id like tidy, responsible, easy-going people, so we can share the odd meal or two and washing up etc.
Rent on a weekly basis: £120 (all inc) or a bit less for longer stays.
