You’ll not only have a good mix of skills including RGN Level 1 and post-registration experience. You’ll be perfectly at home managing and meeting all your targets.

If you’ve a proven track record leading a successful team, we’ll help you develop your existing management skills through our Journey 2 Excellence training programme. In fact, with over 300 Bupa care homes across the UK and more overseas, you’ll have every opportunity to progress your career.
