Sunrise Systems develop PIPENET, a powerful software tool for flow analysis of pipe and duct networks. We are looking to recruit an additional software developer with C++ experience. Working alongside experts in fluid dynamics mathematics and its applications, you will help to maintain and develop the software infrastructure and user interfaces.

We are looking for the following skills:

•Experience of software development using C++ in a Microsoft (Visual Studio, MFC and/or .NET) environment.
•A good degree in a numerate discipline - we are not expecting to recruit a fluid mechanics guru, but your maths needs to be strong enough to communicate with them!
•Good command of the English language.

Equally important is the personality to work as part of a small and friendly team, and the willingness and flexibility to learn on the job and handle a varying workload. From day to day this could involve anything from architecting a new application to fixing a network problem!

Based in Waterbeach, the role is suitable for a recent graduate or someone with relatively few years experience of commercial software development. We would however consider a more senior appointment for the right person.
