SUPPORT WORKER - DAYS
MILLCROFT CARE HOME



Location: Royston, Hertfordshire
Hrly Rate: £6.25

We currently require a Support Worker for Millcroft Care Home. Millcroft is home to 8 clients with Learning Difficulties. The new Support Worker will be required to ensure the continued high standard of care.

The successful applicant will assist the team to deliver:
• High quality care, support, service and environment.
• Implementation of Craegmoor’s corporate standards, policies and procedures.
• Compliance with Statutory and Regulatory requirements.
• Agreed financial performance and operating plan objectives.

Qualifications and Experience
• Experience in looking after clients with Learning Difficulties and Challenging Behaviour or related disorders.
• Knowledge of Care Standards
