Chef De Partie needed for Cambridge University
Days of Work= 5 days out of 7, including weekends with every other weekend off! No split shifts!
Salary= Around £17,000 depending on skills and experience, plus bonus.
No. of Kitchen Staff= 1 Executive Chef, 2 Sous Chefs, 4 Chef de Parties and 6 Kitchen Porters.
Types of Food= Brasserie style counter food, Fine dining, banqueting and Canapé receptions
Covers=
100-200 for lunch and100-300 dinner covers.
You must have some solid chef experience and want to work with fresh food.Stunning location in a world famous Cambridge University with very high catering standards.
