A challenging and varied Administration role awaits the successful candidate for this job based in Huntingdon for a large organisation. The key responsibilities is to provide customer care for the entire business unit, particulary when others are out of the office, to ensure the client is valued and confident that their query or request is being dealt with.
- Covering switchboard/fielding phones calls to cover sickness
- To answer all incoming calls to the business in a timely fashion as directed by the Office Manager
- Provide customer care for entire business unit
- Dealing with staff, clients and suppliers at all levels
- Carry out administrative duties for the Directors and Managers
- Prepare Microsoft Project Programmes
- Prepare Health and Safety plans in conjunction with the Contracts Manager
- Prepare site files
- Chase suppliers and contractors for information regarding completion of projects
- Prepare Pre-Start packs for the HR team
- Printing Autocad drawings
- Arranging Flights and Accommodation
- Photocopying and filing
- Preparing lunches and refreshments for meetings
- Arranging crate hire
- Arranging couriers and post
- Web portal updating and downloading as directed by the manager
- Provide back up to the Business Unit Administrator regarding sales order processing
- On site parking

- Previous Administration and secretarial experience
- Good attention to detail

- Experience of booking travel and accommodation
- Have the ability to multi task
