Head Chef – Carluccio’s – Cambridge

We try to make our customer’s experience special, whether they come in for a quick espresso or a four course meal.

Carluccio's is currently recruiting for a Head Chef in our caffe in Cambridge.

2009 is an exciting year and we are continuing to grow and expand with opening more locations throughout the UK.

The ideal Head Chef must have

·Branded Restaurant experience

·A passion for Italian food

·A determination to succeed

·The ability to manage, motivate, lead and develop a team

·Attention to detail and love cooking with authentic fresh ingredients and prepare to brand specifications

In return, we offer an in-depth training programme of 4 weeks. It is based upon a hands on approach in order to gain experience of every aspect of running a high volume kitchen.
