I have one room available, minimum contract 6 months.
This is for a room in an extremely nice family home stay. There is a massive garden to take advantage of. The bedroom is a double bedroom with double bed, plenty of storage space and desk and great wooden flooring. The room is on the first floor overlooking the front of house in a very quiet area close to Cambridge city centre. The area has good bus links which run to the city centre every 10 minutes and very close to the river.
There are other students living here who are learning to speak English some which are Chinese, some Vietnamese. My parents will also be living here who like the company of students too yet work most of the day so enjoy a peaceful home to come back to.
We are looking for a clean, tidy and respectful person to live with who will respect this home as their own. In return we will offer home cooked dinners which will be included in the rent. Also included in the rent are all bills (electricity, water and gas), internet connection including all the other things a home will have i.e. washing machine, cooker and oven.
This will potentially be a longer term rental, minimum 6 months so we are keen to find a nice person to live with. I have had a lot of emails so far so please include as much information as possible about yourselves to make my decision a lot easier.
Information about what you are studying, age, and interests will help. Just for reference, this is the biggest room in the house.
The rent is £550 per month and again, includes all bills. Please contact me as soon as possible or with any questions you may have. Viewings are highly recommended.
This home is ideally suited to a student and will benefit from having the comforts of home like home cooked dinners, which are normally nice Chinese cooking.
