Due to expansion my client is looking for a Internal Sales professional, with fluency in French and English and one other language. You will be based in the UK as part of their Customer Service team and in tight cooperation with their sales force. Your main responsibility is to maintain positive relationship with our customers based in Europe, Middle-East & Africa while providing reliable support during the pre-sale phase.

More specifically, your duties will consist of:

Answering to any information queries
Providing customers with product information
Preparing replies to tenders
Taking part to the follow-up of sales opportunities
Responding to customer enquiries and requests rapidly and in a professional manner
Managing customer complaints
Participating in the continuous improvement of our customer service quality
You will also be required to perform any other task related to this position, as well as to ensure some back-up in Technical Support.

You will have experience in a customer service environment, ideally within Technical Industries. Previous experience of dealing with sales into EMEA would be a distinct advantage. You will be very well organised and be able to respond quickly to client requests, whilst being able to prioritise tasks. Fluency in English, French and another language is essential
