We bought this futon mattress in New York for about $400 just over 3 years ago. It was their top quality mattress: wool wrap around a firm core (or something like that). We choose it because it was firm and comfortable. It does not have springs. It was used in our guest room as a sofa until we moved, so in very good condition. The cover is a wheat color, removable, washable and in immaculate condition. If need a higher quality picture let me know and will try again.
