Hi, I am 28 years old and have recently relocated to my home town of Cambridge. I am clean, reliable and responsible. I like to socialise but also respect the space of others. I most recently lived and worked in Manchester after returning from a career break in Australia. I did have my own apartment but due to budget constraints I now seek a professional house-share. This is why the right 'people' and house attitude will be the most important thing. About me: likes-long bike rides in Granchester, sunny pub gardens, BBQ's, trashy soaps, gritty films,real-life documentaries, philosophy, museums, comedy, gym's, the outdoors, meeting genuine and intelligent people..(don't we all!) Dislikes: in terms of a house share, I don't want to live in any kind of 'rave/party' house, me thinks I may be getting too old for that jazz! and most often prefer house BBQ's/dinner parties. I also dislike un-cleanliness-I'm not a "Monica" from friends but I need clean bathrooms and kitchens otherwise it totally freaks me out!-I wouldn't see why others wouldn't to be honest but I have done the house-share lark before :0) I am looking to pay no more than £500 including bills-that is at the higher end and would prefer an en-suite if I did pay this. I have quite a bit of stuff so the larger the room the better, a double bed essential and a garden...cherry on top!
