Clear Selection have recently taken on a new client in Cambridgeshire, we are looking for 2 x CDP with knowledge of function and banqueting catering. You will be happy to run a section of the kitchen, you will have the ability to work within a team, be proactive and possess good knowledge on fresh products. You will be happy to integrate with the current team, get your head down and send out good quality food for all areas including the bar side, a la carte or C & B.
