Office Co-ordinator
We are looking for someone to provide Admin support to a team of 14 Project Managers and Consultants. Ideally they will have experience in using databases and all Microsoft Office packages, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Access. They need to be able to prioritise their workload, have an excellent telephone manner and good communication skills.
Daily tasks:
• Answer phones and forward calls using the switchboard system
• Answering email enquiries and respond to emails in the absence of staff
• Manage the company contacts database
• Handle incoming and outgoing post
• Add ledger codes to invoices
• Manage diaries
• Manage time sheets and holiday forms
• Arrange office lunch on a fortnightly rota
• Contacting recruitment agencies
• Order taxis for staff
• Buy office supplies
• Scan and file documents
• Perform any Admin task asked of them on an ad hoc basis
• Assist with co-coordinating temporary researcher staff
The successful candidate MUST have experience of all the above.

Duration: Temp 5 weeks
Location: Cambridge
Hours: 10.00 am – 3.00 pm
Hourly rate: £7.00 - £10.00 per hour DOE + benefits
