Hi,
I am a hands on manager, with a managerial knowledge of different hotel housekeeping departments. I have been responsible for the daily running of the department including the recruiting of staff and being responsible for their training and development. I have being taught the P&L accounting for previous departments, and I know how vital it is to understand this within this business. I have moved into private housekeeping to learn a different managerial style and for the experience to help develop my career. By learning new skills in this sector and with my previous experience in the hotel industry I want to excel myself into a new position, which will let me, use the knowledge I have gained in order to develop and build a successful team.
