My Client, located in Hounslow, is currently looking for an experienced Senior Practitioner and Qualified Social Worker to join the Referral and Assessment team.

You will be responsible for taking initial assessments, making core assessments and carrying out section 47 investigations.

In order to be successful for this role, you will need to have at least two years previous experience of working in a Children & Families Team.

You must have:
. Diploma in Social Work
. A valid enhanced CRB
. GSCC registration
