I have a large furnished double room available to rent. The house is in Newmarket which is about 20 minutes away from Cambridge.

The room has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair, bookcase and bedside table. The house has got a lounge/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and a large garden. It also has all the usual stuff, washing machine, microwave etc. There is also wireless broadband and the house has its own driveway so parking is never a problem.

It is a quiet house as I work long hours (sometimes from home, sometimes away from home) so I am looking for someone who is going to be fairly quiet and tidy.

The house is near to the A14 and is about a 15 minute walk into the centre of Newmarket.

The rent is £400 a month. (This includes £50 a month for all bills) I ask for £350 deposit and references.
