Cambridge city council wont help me as they reckon i have no local connection to CHERRY HINTON even though my son travels 50 miles aday to & from school everyday. my property has a lovely front garden which consits of a large patio area , decking area, double blocked paved driveway, iron gates to close the driveway in, 6ft fencing all the way round including the back yard which is contrete, 3 ouiter buildings of which one is a toilet. I am close to a very good local primary school, local bus & train services. loads of take aways shops restuarnts, food shops, dentists local youth club (ypl), what more could you ask for. the property is having a new fitted kitchen this year sometime. rent is £106 weekly, but you get 6 weeks in the year free. if anybody can help me please reply, if anybody gas been in the situation i am in now can ypu please reply to tell me how you got round it.
