Order Fulfilment Team Leader – An exciting new position has arisen to run the day to day management of an Order Fulfilment team ensuring both internal and external customers are dealt with in a timely and organised manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Authorisation and approval of all corresponding Sales Orders and invoices
• To ensure that all reports are completed by the team in a timely manner
• Provide full support to the Order Fulfilment Executives and other team members where appropriate
• To manage the loans procedure
• To deal with any customer complaints in a timely manner
• Manage the month end and quarterly process to ensure revenue is recognised in the correct financial period
• To oversee the procedure of the Weekly Revenue reports, ensuring accurate data is submitted
• To conduct one to one team meetings on a regular basis, and complete personal management plans for all reports

Key Requirements:

• Work well on own initiative, remaining calm under pressure and demonstrate an organised and methodical approach to work
• A logical thinker with good attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deal with people at all levels
• Take responsibility and be accountable for own areas of responsibility
• Ability to develop effective relationships with colleagues and managers at all levels
• Flexible as is required by the demands of the business
• Excellent organisational skills, and be able to multi task.

Salary: Circa £25,000
Hours: Standard 9-5 (however must be flexible as and when required)
Location: Ely
