large 3 bedroom semi in cambridge
Front garden with parking. Outside brick shed with outside toilet - we have never used it so the condition isnt very good, and a little shed at the bottom of the garden. Garden is fully enclosed and big(ish) with a pear and two apple trees, im not a garden person so TLC is required. Two double room with a single all with built in closets. Bathroom recently refurbished by council. Newly plastered dining room. The map is decieving as its not Thorpe Way but opposite on Ditton Lane. Living area with seperate dining area ( well was but we removed doors as they were glass). Close to amenties and a very good school. 10 minutes on bus into the city centre..and buses every ten minutes..would take you about 25 mins to walk it.
Requirements: We really would like a three/four bedroom property. Cambridge would be excellent as my kids love their school but would consider out of Cambridge ie. herts/bucks/essex for the right property. Our house is large and because i have four kids i need something to equal or bigger. We love where we live and we are in no rush to move. Also a big must is that its within walking distance to train station for easy commute into london
