The Company:
Our client, a market leading company operating within the manufacturing industry with clients all over the world. They are currently looking to recruit a Team leader for their accounts payable department fluent in English + a European language. The position is based in Cambridgeshire.
The Role:
The position will involve team management of a small group and support them in their daily work. You will be responsible for training and recruitment of new staff, control and quality of accounts payable and also contribute to standardization and optimization of the accounts payable process.
Candidate Profile:
As a team leader it is essential that you have good knowledge of the accounts payable process and have experience of leading a team. The successful candidate would have great communication skills, be well organized and have an ability to work under pressure. Excellent IT skills in Excel and preferably also in SAP or Oracle would be highly beneficial.
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary will be negotiable + bonus scheme. The working hours will be 8.45am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.45-4.00pm on Fridays.
