All sessions are held at St George's Church Hall, Chesterfield Road, (off Milton Road) Cambridge in the Chesterton area, Tuesday evenings: 7.45 pm - 9.15 pm.
These sessions are payable on a weekly basis, ie you pay for the weeks you can attend, cost: £4 per session. If you would like to become a 'regular member' of this class (and wish to book in advance for 8 weeks you will be charged a total of £24 .00 instead of £32.00.] Please remember to bring along your own mat/blanket to lay on and all the postures are performed to quiet soothing music. No experience of yoga is necessary and absolute beginners are welcome as well as anyone who has already taken yoga classes at any level.
If you are over 16 yrs and wish to come and try these sessions out please do so and tell your friends about them. The benefits of yoga and are many and it is up to you to come along and see what you can gain by coming to a class.
