We offer an inspection of your new home to prepare a snagging list for your builder, this really needs to be carried out as soon as you move in as many builders will pressure you into signing the property as complete, and don't get us wrong there are some very good house builders out there. What we offer is to visit your home, inspect and prepare a report for you. We can of course offer to inspect the work once complete but most people find once faults pointed out they can check the work is completed. The cost is not large depending on area and can range from £75 for a 2 bedroom house to £250 for a large 6 bed house. plus vat.
