Hi, I'm a 30 year old female professional and the only tenant in a three bed house in the centre of Ely, close to the river. The double ensuite room is available from the beginning of June. The house is a minute walk from the river, 5 min walk to the pub (had to get that in) and 10 mins walk from the train station. The house is fully furnished and room can be furnished too but if you want to bring your own stuff thats fine as well. There is on and off street parking and garage. I'm a previous house owner so I'm good at keeping the house tidy and clean so looking for a professional with with an easy going attitude. I go to yoga classes on occasional evenings but mid week nights normally stay in, weekends like to socialise in Ely and Cambridge. The rent is inclusive of all bills.
