Inventory Clerk Administrator Residential Lettings
My client is a Property Management company based in Cambridge. They are looking to recruit an Inventory Clerk to join their team. Initially acting as an assistant to the current Inventory Manager, within a short time you will be jointly responsible in producing brand new inventories, carrying out end of tenancy checks and then updating current inventories, as well as carrying out ad hoc duties associated to the role.
This role is due to become more of an IT based role in the very near future and so it is essential you are confident to use computers, as well as have a strong, self motivated personality as the ability to self manage is one of the key requirements for this role.
The ideal candidate will already be working within lettings, or at least have a strong interest to work within property, and have an excellent customer service background. As this position involves travelling to various properties, it is essential that you have a full driving licence
The working hours are full time (Mon – Fri) and there is the use of a pool car for visits to properties.
