Good background in menu planing, rota, ordering, staff training, hygiene, cost, dealing with suppliers, I'm currently looking for an opportunity in a very good restaurant or gastro pub , I am currently self employed, but can go on PAYE.
I am available permanent or on short basis, (not available from 22/12/09 to 31/01/10) and I am very happy to work as just to cover your chef de partie or sous chef absence.
