I am a teacher who currently does supply teaching and lives near London. I want to change and move to Cambridge - hopefully around the beginning of June. I want to share with other mature, considerate people in a clean, quiet situation. Up to £100 weekly. I'd prefer not to have to pay a big deposit and rent in advance.
I think 2 weeks' deposit and 2 weeks' rent in advance is fair, though I'd like a weekly rent option.
Please - no 6 months leases or landlords renting out rooms to anonymous strangers. This could be a long or short term situation. I am hoping to get settled in Cambridge.
