PC Operator / Typesetter / Artworker

This small and fast growing financial design consultancy requires a Typesetter/Artworker to help with the production of their core products, annual reports for PLC companies.

The role is varied due to the size and nature of the business and will involve mostly typesetting and artwork. Projects may also vary and include additional corporate communication elements such as corporate ID, brochure and presentation work.

Candidates should have a good knowledge and experience of working in Indesign and a basic understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator and Freehand.

Past experience useful but not essential as full training given in typesetting these niche products (some training will be based in Leeds, around 2days). A keen eye for detail is imperative, as well as the ability to work to tight deadlines and consequently under pressure, individually and as part of a team.

Please note that this is not a design role and nor will it lead to one. Candidates that apply should be interested in typography and layout only.
