International Travel Consultant required for worldwide reservations – Cambridge

This major travel chain has a global presence here in the UK have consistently been voted one of the Times Top 100 Employers year after year and renowned for looking after their staff.

They are currently seeking a new member of staff for the role of International Travel Consultant at their Cambridge Branch.

The role of International Travel Consultant will be to tailor make flights, holidays, tours etc worldwide to clients visiting the shop in person or over the telephone.

This company pride themselves on the fact that all employees have independently to at least 2 continents outside Europe and can therefore utilise their own experiences and knowledge in advising customers plan their trip.

To be considered for this role you will need to have met the above personal travel criteria and be educated to A' Level or equivalent.

You will ideally possess previous sales or customer service experience and be client focused, target driven and motivated by uncapped earnings potential with passion for travel sales.

In return you can expect full training, minimum 1st salary of £17K (OTE of £23K+) an excellent benefits package including pension, extensive travel concessions, in-house Heath & Wellness and Financial Consultants and £250 p/year uniform allowance.

There is also uncapped commission and a structured career path which could see you managing you own team or branch within 2 years.
