Office Assistant
A receptionist is required for a busy organisation based on the outskirts of St Ives. The purpose of the role is to provide effective reception duties, meeting and greeting visitors to the site and administrative support to the team. Due to the location own transport is required.
- Welcome visitors
- Handle all incoming calls to the site
- Take messages and handle customer enquiries
- Booking of the meeting room and arranging catering for the meetings
- Dairy management
- Booking for hire cars and making travel arrangements
- Placing stationary orders and other items
- Support other team members with their duties including typing, scanning, photocopying and filing
- Immediate start
- Temporary to permanent position
- Excellent working environment
- Good interpersonal skills are required for both colleagues and clients
- Data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Flexible and reliable
- Excellent IT skills including Word and Excel
- Customer service experience.
