My client is based on the Norfolk/ Cambridgeshire border and is looking to recruit an Estates Officer to join their Estates Department.
The role is initially working on a temporary basis, with the potential opportunity to go permanent
Typical duties include dealing with planned maintenance, reactive maintenance and project management. The candidate will also have to be confident at managing up to 10 contractors at any one time. Applications may also be considered with M&E surveyors.
