I have a 2 year old 3 bedroomed house on the prestigious brooklands avenue development site. My House is end of terace in a block of 3, it has a fully enclosed rear garden which measures 9 metres by 9 meters which leads out to parking at the side of the propety, it has 3 double bedrooms, the smallest of the 3 could easily accomodate mums and dads and also has a built in wardrobe, and the largest could easily accomodate 3 children! we have 2 built in sheds at the front of the propety, i have downstairs wc and upstairs bathroom with fully fitted power shower. I have a huge lounge diner and fully fitted beautiful kitchen. I am looking for an older style house which must be a minimum of 3 bedrooms, anywhere in the catchment area for morley school e.g mobray road, holbrook road, glebe road, wulfstan way, godwin way etc please no time wasters!
