Are you looking for evening and weekend work? If yes this could be the job for you. Working for our established client in Godmanchester you will be answering queries both over the phone and via e-mail whilst delivering excellent customer services; and to input orders cross selling add on sales, affinities and alternatives to maximise sales revenue.
This position is 16 - 20 hours per work with the hours being 5.00 pm - 8.00 pm Monday to Friday and 10 am - 4.00 pm Saturday and Sundays.
- Data entry, keying new customer requests
- Adhoc administration
- Process returns and exchanges
- Manage internal and external working relationships to ensure focus, service and commitment to achieving objectives
- To have a flexible approach to work and be able to prioritise workload
- Outbound dialling, to existing and new customers to create and nurture the relationship, creating a customer centric organisation
- Have the ability to express yourself confidently and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Temporary to permanent position
