CODA Support Team Leader

Hertfordshire - £30 – 40K + Car or Allowance

Our client based in Hertfordshire is seeking a Coda Support Team Leader to manage and lead a small team. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of Coda and proven experience of leading support teams.

Primary Objectives

To have in depth technical and working knowledge of appropriate systems, sufficient to support end-users and IS support staff
Effectively and efficiently provide desktop assistance, support and cover to all LCO users using the Track-It logging system.
Proactively provide advice, guidance and in conjunction with HR, application training as appropriate.
Be an efficient, flexible, reliable and continuously improving local technical resource in support of LCOs.
Proactively provide advice and guidance on the IS implications of non-IT Business Unit initiatives and projects.
To work with the Support Manager and to proactively lead a support team, in accordance with IS objectives, values and standards.
To ensure the status of the teams asset registers.
To operate as the conduit of information and feedback between support analysts and the management group in IS
Supporting Priorities

Working with the Support Manager, provide a reliable and knowledgeable source of information on IT hardware, software and working practices.
Ensure that locally all legal and legislative requirements in relation to IT are adhered to and followed.
To carry out individual appraisals of team members.
To assist in the planning of IS projects within the team’s area of responsibility.
Focus on professionalism, be ‘the best’.
Focus on communication.
Liaise as necessary with other teams within IS dept.
To provide the support manager with current intelligence on is operational issues in the field.
