Located near the large Sainsbury's it has easy access to town, the train station, A14, etc.
Gas central heating, double glazing, large rear garden (not much help at this time of year but great in the Summer!) with shed and patio, downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom with toilet, shower and bath.

The house is furnished but - if you have your own this wouldn't be a problem either.

The room:

Is small - big enough to fit a double futon, single wardrobe and a chest of drawers but not really a lot else (this furniture is included) - the landlord is willing to put a single bed in instead of the futon if required.
£255 pcm plus bills.
The bills currently come to just over £100 pcm (inc broadband, etc but not including tv licence)

Ideally would suit young professional, non smokers preferred - students sorry but I'm not paying the council tax on my own. You are welcome to move in but bear in mind you would have to pay council tax (nothing personal).
Deposit is £400, min 6 month contract required.
