Home Manager - Huntingdon - Cambridgeshire

Our client, a small group of Care Homes based around Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, is seeking a home manager for its 37 bedded home for the elderly in Huntingdon

As the ideal candidate you'll have an RMA or NQV4 along with management experience of a similar sized care home (or larger) dealing with elderly residents on a day to day basis, writing care plans, hiring and managing staff, maintaining a budget and above all providing the best care possible in this 'good' rated care home.

This position comes with an excellent salary and benefits package and would best suit someone who has consistently managed well rated homes.
