My client is a property management company based in Cambridge. They are looking to recruit an Account to join their busy letting team.

It is essential that candidates have recent, relevant experience working for a residential property management company, lettings company or within a very closely linked industry working in the accounts department. You must have knowledge of rental related issues such as tenancy deposit schemes, and have a strong desire to continue working within the property industry.

The salary is up to £23k

Please note that candidate’s who apply without experience working within a lettings accountancy department, or without a strong background at accountancy within property cannot be considered for this position.
