Our client is a well established and forward thinking organisation based in Haverhill, Suffolk. A rare opportunity has arisen to join their team as an experienced and talented Quality and Health & Safety Manager.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the successful applicant will be responsible for all quality issues relating to company products dispatched from Haverhill across EMEA. This customer facing role will involve working closely with the management team within the facility to resolve issues as they arise.

The successful candidate will perform the following duties...

• Maintains the Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA) Database and Correction Action Request (CAR) Program ensuring all internal processes and RMA’s are logged.
• Investigates the root causes of any issues and analysis and manage taking corrective action.
• Liaises with customers on quality issues, including visiting their sites as and when required.
• Holds responsibility for ensuring all relevant documentation is put in place and policies are reviewed and updated as required.
• Compiles all associated quality reporting.
• Manages the maintenance and compliance of the ISO 9001/2008 Management System
• Performs all Internal Lead ISO Auditor functions as required.

Electronics background
Knowledge of Health & Safety Management would be a distinct advantage.
Experienced of working with MS Office packages, advanced level in Excel.

Salary range - £35000 - £45000 pa
