A Great double room will be available from December 2009. The rent is only £300per month including free wireless internet but excluding all other bills (+ bills usually around £400). The room is large and fully furnished. You will be sharing with 2 other guys and a girl - they are friendly, cheerful quiet and clean. The house has everything needed (TV, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, shower, large freezer and a large garage for your bicycle). Wanted Post-grad or professional. It is in one of the best locations in Cambridge: CB4 area which is very close to the city centre. This is a huge house with a lovely garden in a very pleasant and quiet area of Cambridge.
