I have a lovely 2 bed HA house in Haverhill on a predominately private estate. The house is a new build so meets all new building regulations, ie downstairs WC and wide doors as standard. The house also has an enclosed garden with shed and off road undercover parking for one car. Rent is £76 a week.

I am looking for a 3 or large 2 bed HA house in St Ives or surrounding area (within a 5 mile radius). The property MUST have an enclosed garden as I have a young child. Other features are negotiable but the lounge would need to be a fairly decent size as I have 2 three seater sofas to accommodate.

Genuine reason for wanting to move. Absolutely nothing wrong with the house or neighbourhood - its a lovely area.
